PRE-ORDER details
Our pre-order is only available to one-time orders & subscriptions are not available. The pre-order is only available for 2-days on the countdown timer above. Once time runs out, our Dark Chocolate pre-order will no longer be available. Once our pre-order is complete, we'll then order ingredients, packaging, run production, and ship to you (more details on the timeline below). From there, we'll gather your feedback and plan for an official release date - we really appreciate your support!

Although it's a pre-order, we still are only offering a per-box order system. Meaning for each box you get 5 bags. We do this for a couple of reasons: (1) Shipping fewer bags doesn't make sense logistically speaking. (2) By ordering a box, or 5 bags, it really supports our business growth so we can continue with new flavors, retail stores, & much more.

Muddy Bites started back in 2018 as an idea that was created by two 24-year old entrepreneurs. Jarod & Tyler are changing the snack industry one cone at a time - creating a truly one-of-a-kind snack that is made entirely by hand!

Our first flavor, Milk Chocolate, has been a staple for over 2-years now. With nearly 70,000 online orders, we figured it was time for a new flavor! Therefore, Dark Chocolate is now available for 48-hours during our preorder. By preordering, you'll not only help support our growing business, but become an OFFICIAL taste tester - helping us perfect our new flavor & provide your honest feedback so we can improve.

Any bag "mockups" you see on this page are just concepts and are subject to change. Timeline on our preorder can also be found below.
Nutritional Label
INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate [Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Cottonseed Oils, Nonfat Dry Milk, Cocoa Processed with alkali, Cocoa, Glycerol Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin and Salt]. SUGAR CONE: [bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), brown sugar, contains less than 2% of: natural flavor, oat fiber, salt, soy lecithin, vegetable oil shortening (canola oil and/or modified palm oil and/or soybean oil)]. ALLERGENS: Milk, Wheat, & Soy.

#1: Open Preorder
March 15th & 16th
Our open preorder is only available for 48-hours, ending March 16th at 11:59 CT. We'll close the preorder as soon as the timer runs out. Don't miss out!
#2: Order Supplies
March 17th
Here, we will order our ingredients, packaging supplies, etc. These supplies will take roughly 1-1.5 weeks to arrive at our facility.
#3: Start Production
Updated: April 6th*
Let the fun begin! Here, we will begin our production run creating Dark Chocolate Muddy Bites. Along with making sure safety standards for COVID-19 are in place.
#4: Start shipping
Updated: April 12th*
Almost there! Here, we will begin shipping boxes to those who preorder Dark Chocolate. This shipping process could take 1-3 weeks depending on order volume of our preorder.

During this period, we will be producing and shipping dark chocolate Monday through Friday. The sooner you order, the sooner your order ships!
#5: Feedback period
April 12th - May 31st
During this last stretch, we've got to wait for everyone to receive their order then allow a decent window for you to try your bags.

When you receive your order, you'll also have a note inside of your box that will provide instructions on how to give our team your honest feedback (good or bad, lay it on us)!

From there, we will use the feedback to perfect this delicious new flavor. Then set an OFFICIAL release date for Dark Chocolate. Which, will allow you to order Dark and Milk Chocolate whenever you want, as well add Dark Chocolate to your subscriptions.
